The Lead Paint Detectives Visual Pre-Inspection is of real value to the property owner or buyer in understanding how to fix and maintain their property Lead-Safe. We offer a written Maintenance Report the day of the inspection so you know what items needs to be addressed. This preliminary evaluation of the property, both exterior and interior, as it relates to the actual inspection criteria, will provide the owner with a checklist of items requiring specific attention/correction. All discrepancies will be identified by the Lead Risk Assessor (Inspector) and possible remedial action on the part of the owner will be discussed.
