After your Lead Paint Detectives Visual Inspection you will receive a Maintenance Report describing what needs to be addressed. Once the items on the Maintenance Report are addressed... it's time to clean and prepare for the Dust Wipe Inspection.
For the Dust Wipe Inspection
- The floors must be clean
- All working windows must be open and ready for testing at the start of th e Dust Wipe Inspection.
- Window sills and window troughs must be clean.
